Finally............

 As i have been promising for a very long time.......a reveal of our home renovation.  I finally feel like i can show some sneak photos of the internal of our newly renovated Georgian home.
 The entrance hall with sisal carpet and french wall paper......the light fitting was existing; we had it sandblasted from brass to matt and then painted them with matt black paint.
 A view looking from the top of the stairs to the front door.
 From the hall looking into the library.
 Somewhere to just get away and read.  Here you can see the original floor boards which we managed to save.....we think they may be iron bark.  So no sanding with an industrial sander but a gentle hand sand and then finished off with a few coats of wax.  The wall colour was mixed by myself to match the linen roman blinds.
 The lounge has a cedar miners couch; these walls were also mixed to match our slip cover couches;

 A colonial portrait
 Beautiful cedar mantles,,,,all original to the house.

Well i hope you have enjoyed part 1 to the reveal.  I will be showing more over the next couple of days, so stay tuned.....take care everyone.xxx
