Wow its hard to believe but my baby girl is turning 18 today; where has that time gone. I know a lot of people say that when you have children , the time just flies, but i don't think you truly realise till maybe this day; when they become a young adult. To tell you the truth; the whole thing quite scares me......she will always be my baby girl....and the memory of the time i first held her in my arms is still close to my heart to this day. My baby turning 18 today.....
Wow its hard to believe but my baby girl is turning 18 today; where has that time gone. I know a lot of people say that when you have children , the time just flies, but i don't think you truly realise till maybe this day; when they become a young adult. To tell you the truth; the whole thing quite scares me......she will always be my baby girl....and the memory of the time i first held her in my arms is still close to my heart to this day. Enjoy celebrating this milestone with your daughter - 18 is such a special time! It's my son's 19th birthday today so I posted a toddler photo on his facebook page, and looking at it, wonder too where the years have gone! Bring out some early photos and savour the moment together. Enjoy.
Yes, time does go fast, you remember holding your baby in your arms and before long they are all grown up.I know what you are feeling. When holding that baby you have the instant bond of love which becomes greater each day. It is a great gift that can be given, between a child and a mother/father. I have enjoyed every minute of my 2 beautiful girls grow to women and still enjoying the love they return to me. Embrace as you do my friend the love you have with your baby girl and your big girl.
